Job Summary:

"Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Machine Learning Engineer in Chennai. The Machine Learning Engineer will be responsible for pattern recognition, developing neural networks, applying statistical analysis, and implementing algorithms on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deploy ML Models: Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models including deep learning, NLP, time series, and Transformer-based architectures for real-world applications.
Data Preparation and Feature Engineering: Clean, preprocess, and transform large datasets; engineer effective features to boost model performance and accuracy.
LLM and RAG System Development: Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance language understanding and knowledge integration.
Prompt-to-SQL and Classifier Models: Build models to convert natural language to SQL queries and develop classifiers for tasks such as sentiment analysis, intent detection, and topic classification.
Model Optimization and Collaboration: Optimize models for performance and deploy them into production environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying machine learning models in real-world production environments.
ML & Deep Learning Expertise: Strong foundation in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, with proficiency in neural networks (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and LLMs like BERT and GPT.
Programming Proficiency: Advanced Python skills with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.
Data Handling: Skilled in data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with large, complex, or imbalanced datasets.
Model Deployment & Optimization: Experience in optimizing models for performance and deploying them using modern tools and best practices.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
